Can I use my building all year round?

You can use your building all year round. However, single-clad buildings lose heat very quickly causing condensation. Soft furnishings may appear damp and tools and metals might show some rust. If you want to use your building as a regular living space we recommend that you choose a building that is lined, insulated and double glazed. This combined with an electrics package that includes a heater, will prevent all condensation and can be used all year round.

Are there any limitations on what I can use my Bakers Timber building for?

There's no limit to what you can do with your Bakers Timber building! You can use it as an office, gym, hobby room, play room, an extension to you home or a workshop, as storage space, as a garage, or a darkroom, or simply as a shed or summerhouse for the sun downers.
