Bakers have been specialists in tailor-made and standard timber buildings from home offices and garden rooms through to sheds for over 23 years. Virtually all our buildings are based on heavy 50x50mm framing with diagonal braces for increased strength. They are clad with either 22mm thick loglap or 16mm thick shiplap, producing exceptionally robust and attractive buildings. Workshop fittings are galvanised, whilst chalet and cabin fittings are of black antique design. Roof and floor panels are 16mm tongue and grooved boarding.

All Bakers Timber buildings are produced using timber from sources dedicated to the principle of "sustained yield". For each mature tree harvested two young trees are planted. Planting young trees for old helps the environment by reducing carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
