Condor Garden Room with Decking

Mr and Mrs C were looking to extend their living space.

They decided our Condor ex-demonstration building would work for them practically, with the fantastic discount it had.

The proposed area was quite out of level.  After a site visit from Mr Baker, it was agreed that a timber framed base would be best and an area of decking would finish the project perfectly. During the site visit a survey was done to price the electrics.

About six weeks after the final quotation was agreed the work was started. The timber framed base and decking were installed within a week, and the building was installed the following week taking 8 hours to complete. It comes with insulation, lining and toughened double glazing as standard.

Once the building was installed our electrician followed on, running the sub main from the main fuse, attached to the house, then dug in a trench to the building. Internally the customers required flush double sockets and wall lights. Externally 6 down lights were fitted in the canopy. All the work was completed in a few days including testing and certification.

The building was finished with Light Oak Sikkens HLS, applied by the customer

Having seen that the company now has this "comments" section, I want to say that I recommend the company unreservedly. The workshop has been really economical to heat for four winters now (I had it supplied fully insulated, which I would advise in the UK!), and has been completely watertight. Now we use it as a garden summerhouse and utility room fully insulated with heating and lighting having the freezer and tumble drier. Around 14 years old it has matured into our patio area extremely well. It also has everything required for patio life, fridge, ice and drinks dispenser, barbecue accessories, even a television. Bakers' Timber buildings are most versatile and it has stood the test of time! What a great investment it was, every house should have one!!"
