I have recently had a garden office installed by Baker’s. I am delighted with it. It is amazingly warm and sound proof. I happily work in it all day and am looking forward to the summer when I can have all the doors and windows flung wide to the garden. I have been delighted with the committment to customer service from Bakers. I would use them again.

I have had two Bakers sheds in my time in Burgess Hill. The first is 22 years old and still in terrific condition. The second 10 years old and I have just re sited this at my Daughters in Manchester, it was in such good condition. So, when I wanted to build a big lean-to shed alongside the house there was only one place to go!!
I have not been disappointed. The shed has been built and lead flashed into the side of the building and it looks magnificent. Martin Baker and his team have done a wonderful job on it. It was delivered on time, built very well with a great base going down first and the attention to detail was superb. No request was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. Martin was the epitome of customer service. I would recommend Bakers to anyone. Thanks for the shed.

After many months of research into garden rooms, I found Bakers. Their buildings were lovely and I was excited about the possibility of choosing excactly what I wanted. My whole experience of Bakers was superb. They were patient with my needs, very helpful and the final result is gorgeous. The cost was very reasonable but still the building is of a very high quality. It was built quickly and efficiently and I am looking forward to treating many patients in my bright, sunny beautifully crafted garden room. a big thank you to Martin and his team

Bakers made my dream come true!
I had an idea in my mind for a number of years for a garden building, a redundancy payment, Martin, Keith and their expert team made it come true. They interpreted my ideas offering knowledgeable advice and suggestions, bearing in mind the site of the building and came up with a design for a 20 X 10 foot bespoke garden room, complete with shingle roof which I am absolutely delighted with. The dedicated and friendly team of lads and electrician worked in some exceptionally bad weather conditions to complete the construction on schedule, for which I thank them so much. Bakers were able to offer the whole package, which was extremely important for me, including drawing up of plans, submission to the Council and complete project management, taking the stress out of things. In addition their after care service is exceptional, nothing is too much trouble and therefore I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mr Baker and the construction team paid attention to every single detail – from design to final fitting.

Our insulated, double glazed and airy workroom is so much better than it would have been without their advice and expertise. A friend recommended Bakers because of the quality of their work, and our experience backs this up to the hilt.

We had a new ‘Merlin’ garden building installed earlier this year (2011) and have been thoroughly pleased with it in all respects from the quality of build and materials to how well it keeps the heat in when needed.We have only had a couple of very minor problems, but Bakers still came out to us very quickly to put them right.The efficiency at which the work was carried was very good and this included digging a trench a 160′ long or so.This building is being used for just about everything and we now refer to it as the ‘little house’. … Well Done.

We recently purchased a Kestrel summerhouse from Bakers and from the moment we visited the showground to the completion of the build, the customer service was exceptional. Any query we raised was answered fully and quickly, the builders were polite and pleasant throughout and the whole experience was smooth and trouble free. The summerhouse itself is of a very high quality, and I strongly recommend Bakers to anyone looking for something similar themselves. Thank you.

Just a quick note of thanks arranging to re-felt the roof of my 20-odd year old Bakers shed – a small but essential maintenance job that had to be done and I can no longer tackle myself. The building is still sound and watertight after all these years, and this is the only thing apart from regular application of wood preservative that it has ever needed. An extra special “thank you” to Mark, who carried out the work in such a quick, clean and friendly way.
If ever there was a case of “you get what you pay for”, Baker’s buildings are a great example!

We were very much looking forward to the arrival of our new summer house last month and we are delighted with the finished product.. The team who came to put it in place were very professional and the end result has been much admired by family and friends. It has been beautifully painted and floored so I can use it as a therapy room throughout the year. Our only problem so far has been choosing the furniture to put inside it!
Martin and his team have been helpful throughout the whole process , even organising the planning application on our behalf. They offer such a flexible , friendly and professional service.

We took delivery of a large fully lined and insulated Rook workshop in late summer 2005 and were delighted with the service Baker’s gave and the quality of their product. So when our old tool shed went past its sell-by date, it was no contest as to where to go for a replacement. Five years down the line, the service and quality have again been to the highest standards, and installation was completed as scheduled by a very friendly and competent team. We have no hesitation whatever in strongly recommending Bakers to anyone contemplating a quality product.
