Customer Comments:

Customer Review 2016:
Mr & Mrs F continue to be very pleased with their endless pool room ...
"Three years on and we are still extremely happy with the pool room from Bakers. They have been very helpful in enabling us to keep it in top condition and they have been very responsive in the ongoing development of the area including decking the front and expanding the aqua step flooring to cover the entire room. Cannot fault the customer service, professionalism and craftsmanship."

Customer Review 2013:
"We are very pleased with all aspects of the project. It was well planned, all aspects of the build were well coordinated and construction was completed on time and to specification. What we got was exactly what we wanted, at the price that was agreed and any minor issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend Bakers".

Endless Pool Room in Plumpton Green, Sussex

Mr and Mrs F came to us after being recommended by Home Counties swimming pools, who we work closely with on many projects. They had a test swim in the endless swimming pool housed in one of our timber buildings at the Hillier garden centre Horsham. Upon the free site survey that we offer, the area our customers were looking for the pool room to be located was confirmed as being to the side of the main house, and visible from the road. Although this did not need a planning application (being a stand-alone building behind the building line, and under 2.5 m high), the customers nevertheless decided that they would like a permitted development certificate as peace of mind. A permitted development certificate is a written confirmation from the planning office that the building is within all of the rules and regulations, and we are able to offer this as part of our complete package service.

Once the planning office gave us approval and confirmation, we started the project by installing a reinforced concrete base that is the size of the entire building. We then laid a timber base that works around the endless pool that sits directly on the concrete. The building was based on our 'Jay' model and was four walls timber lined only, with a water seal inside to reduce the chance of any mold forming. We also built a pump house outside the main building to accommodate all the hydraulics for the swimming pool.

Once the building was installed, Home Counties swimming pools then fitted the endless Pool and their electrician installed remote lighting and waterproof electric sockets. Bakers then installed an Aquastep wet room flooring and decking to the front and side of the building.
