The project - an executive Garden Room in Chislehurst, London

This client had always dreamed of a self-contained building in which they could enjoy a different aspect of their beautiful garden, and one which they could integrate with the existing pond and decking area.

The work - a high spec garden room with bespoke bar

We conducted two site surveys to discuss the project in general, and the client's more specific building requirements, which included plumbing. The clients also visited our showground - with 14 buildings including 7 impressive rooms we show nearly every option and most customers find this extremely helpful when making decisions.

The clients finally decidedon our new 10 year warranty. By adding aluminium bi-folding doors and windows, Medite Tricoya Extreme (MTX) external cladding, EPDM roof & rear height package and fire/zero maintenance wall to the rear, this eliminated the need for any external timber - hence the longevity of the warranty

Together with it's high spec features, this garden room also has a separate small bathroom with w.c and basin, a custom-made bar (which the clients had fallen in love with at our showground), and a comprehensive electrics package, which includes the communication and home automation upgrade and timber decking to the front of the building. The building and the aluminium doors and windows have been coloured in RAL 7003 'Moss Grey'.

The result - an impressive garden room

Despite its size, the finished garden building sits discreetly in this beautifully established garden without dominating it - the end result we're sure you'll agree is truly impressive.
