Case Study 4599 - Lean-to/ attached conservatory porch

Lean-to/ attached conservatory porch

After the site survey and quotation the building was ordered and the customer decided to incorporate this into his kitchen as opposed to keeping the room separate.

We agreed on special high-glass windows - keeping some wall below this allowed us to have glass to all three walls yet still have an area to fit heating sockets etc. As this was to be integrated with the house it was decided that the plain MDF painted internal lining was the best option - for the building was attached to the house and lead flashed. The house was opened into this, the walls plastered and painted to match the rest of the garden room.

Any other single sloping/pent buildings can be attached to house wall and all lead flashed to make them totally water tight.

If you would like more information on this project please call our sales office and quote 4599
