The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive requires all buildings to have an EPC from October 2008. Each year 2.2 million homes are sold, including 200,000 newly constructed dwellings, all of which require an EPC.

All of these new homes will require Newly Constructed Dwellings Energy Assessors to be trained to undertake the onsite requirements as well as the design based assessment techniques. Our 3-day training course is very competitively priced at only £1,500 + VAT. This includes training to ABBE Level 3 Diploma. ABBE exam fee and Certification is £285 + VAT.
