Who should attend? Skills and Knowledge endorsed by - Homes and Community Agency
The Homes and Communities Agency use the Housing Quality Indicator system to decide who to fund. So anyone seeking funding, or working on behalf of clients seeking funding, for the development of social housing would greatly benefit from better understanding how to best use the Housing Quality Indicator system.  The Housing Corp “Design and Quality Standards 2007” document states: “...for the HQI assessments the presumption will be that assessors have undergone some training or can otherwise demonstrate expertise.”  The course is suitable for complete beginners and those with prior experience.

This course has recently been recognised through the Homes and Communities Agency recognition scheme.  The course is deemed to meet the highly sought after requirements of the scheme by "assisting sustainable community professionals to work better, improve their skills and knowledge and share best practice"
